- History, art, and society.
- Mathematics, logic, STEM, and sustainability.
Depending on the service package purchased, the solution may include:
- Educational software.
- Immersive experiences.
- User licenses.
- Virtual reality equipment.
- Educational kits.
- Training.
- Installation.
- Support and guidance.
- Technical support.
- Updates or additional content.
The definitive features of each service will be those set out in the relevant proposal, quotation, agreement, purchase order, or license.
4. Informational Nature of the Website

Images, simulations, videos, renders, specifications, advertised experiences, and demonstrations may correspond to versions under development and may be subject to improvements or modifications.

The use of VR-Elab by underage students must take place under the supervision of teachers, parents, guardians, or other authorized adults.
Educational institutions must obtain the necessary authorizations where an activity involves account creation, information collection, photographs, videos, or participation in demonstrations.
The platform does not replace teacher guidance or adult supervision.
7. Responsible Use of Virtual Reality Equipment
Users must follow all safety, hygiene, space, installation, and usage instructions supplied by VR-Elab and by the device manufacturer.
Before using virtual reality equipment, users are advised to:
- Ensure that the area is free from obstacles.
- Properly adjust the headset and controllers.
- Use safety straps.
- Take regular breaks.
- Stop using the equipment in the event of dizziness, disorientation, headache, nausea, or visual discomfort.
- Clean and disinfect equipment between users.
- Follow the age and health restrictions established by the manufacturer.
Educational institutions are responsible for supervising sessions and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
8. License to Use
The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the software.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VR-Elab grants the client a license that is:
- Limited.
- Non-exclusive.
- Non-transferable.
- Revocable in the event of breach.
- Restricted to the number of users, devices, locations, and period purchased.
- Intended exclusively for authorized educational purposes.
The user may not commercially exploit, sublicense, rent, sell, or distribute the software without prior written authorization.
9. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code.
- Modify, adapt, or create unauthorized derivative works.
- Extract 3D models, audio, video, textures, animations, or databases.
- Share login credentials or bypass license control systems.
- Use the content for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or interference mechanisms.
- Use robots or automated systems to extract information.
- Remove trademarks, authorship notices, or technological controls.
- Present VR-Elab content as their own.
- Record or redistribute complete experiences for unauthorized commercial purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
The software, source code, interface, graphic identity, logos, names, three-dimensional models, animations, narration, videos, sounds, designs, characters, educational content, manuals, texts, and other VR-Elab materials are protected by copyright, industrial property rights, and other applicable legislation.
All rights belong to Consultores y Asesores TIC S.A.S. or to the corresponding owners, licensors, or collaborators.
The user acquires only the usage rights expressly granted under the applicable license or agreement.
11. Third-Party Content
Some elements may incorporate third-party technologies, libraries, platforms, devices, or licensed content.
Their use may be subject to additional terms established by their respective owners.
Meta, YouTube, Google, and any other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Any reference to them does not imply association, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
12. Platform Availability
VR-Elab will seek to maintain the availability and proper operation of its services. However, it may carry out:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Updates.
- Corrections.
- Infrastructure changes.
- Suspensions for security reasons.
- Adjustments required by third parties or manufacturers.
The platform is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted where circumstances beyond the operator’s reasonable control occur, including internet failures, equipment issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
13. Technical Requirements
The operation of the experiences may depend on:
- Headset compatibility.
- Operating system.
- Storage capacity.
- Processor and memory.
- Internet connectivity.
- Firmware updates.
- Security settings.
- Available physical space.
Before purchasing, the client must verify that its equipment complies with the stated technical requirements.
Where VR-Elab supplies the complete kit, equipment specifications, warranties, installation, and support will be defined in the corresponding proposal or agreement.
14. Support and Updates
The scope of support will depend on the plan purchased.
Support may include:
- Installation guidance.
- License activation.
- Incident resolution.
- Initial training.
- Corrective updates.
- Remote assistance.
Services, travel, replacements, repairs, or customized developments not expressly purchased are not included.
15. Purchases, Quotations, and Payments
Requests submitted through the website are subject to verification and confirmation.
Prices, taxes, payment terms, currency, delivery, offer validity, and installation conditions will be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.
A purchase or engagement will be deemed completed once there is express acceptance, confirmation, a purchase order, execution of an agreement, or payment, depending on the mechanism used.

It does not replace:

- Teacher guidance.
- Academic assessment.
- Medical diagnosis.
- Professional care.
- Manufacturer safety recommendations.
The educational institution remains responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating activities.
18. Liability
VR-Elab will be liable within the limits established by law and by the agreements entered into with the client.
VR-Elab will not be liable for damages arising from:
- Use contrary to instructions.
- Lack of supervision.
- Incompatible equipment.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Internet or third-party service failures.
- Damage caused by impacts, falls, moisture, or improper handling.
- Use of accounts by unauthorized persons.
- Failure to follow safety protocols.
- Incorrect information supplied by the user.
This provision does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
19. External Links and Services
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
VR-Elab does not control their content, availability, security, or policies and will not be responsible for decisions made by users on external platforms.
20. Suspension or Termination
VR-Elab may suspend or terminate access where:
- There is a contractual breach.

- Payments are overdue.
- Intellectual property rights are infringed.
- A competent authority issues an order.
- The license term expires.
Suspension will not prevent VR-Elab from requiring compliance with any outstanding obligations.

22. Amendments

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Any dispute will initially be addressed through direct communication and good-faith negotiations. Where no solution can be reached, the competent Colombian authorities and courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any special consumer protection rules.
